Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or conditions, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, manual therapy, and specialized equipment to relieve pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment, adjusting therapeutic goals and strategies as necessary to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, promoting self-care and the benefits of structured therapeutic activities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate treatment plans and instructions to both patients and their families.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience
