Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, medical history, and physician recommendations to facilitate recovery and therapeutic progress.
• Implement and oversee physical therapy services, ensuring compliance with the outlined plan of care while adapting treatments as necessary based on patient feedback and progress.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, utilizing diagnostic tests to establish baselines and gauge progress in muscle, nerve, and joint functionalities.
• Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in administering appropriate therapeutic exercises and use of equipment, making sure they meet performance standards as per state laws.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to collaboratively evaluate treatment plans and adjust patient care strategies based on collective insights.
• Document all clinical findings and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that all progress reports are detailed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Participate in the quality assurance processes by providing input in case conferences and contributing to the ongoing development of care protocols.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with proof of insurance.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
