Serenity Physical Therapist is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team at our rehabilitation center in Cypress, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, and establish individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of specialized equipment to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and support functional recovery.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes and efficacy of the therapy provided.
• Educate patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and self-management strategies to foster independence and enhance recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care and address any related health issues.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuous education workshops, networking, and participation in professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, post-operative care, and those with chronic pain syndromes. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing each patient's recovery process, ensuring they can return to their daily activities with improved functionality and confidence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and engage with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document patient care and progress.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of patient profiles and therapeutic needs.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development to stay ahead in the field.

Preferred Experience
