Mobility Works Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Cypress, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate physical therapy services in our outpatient clinic, tailoring your approach to the individual needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement treatment programs based on comprehensive evaluations and assessments, ensuring alignment with established care plans.

• Conduct thorough evaluations, reviewing patient history and symptoms, to recommend appropriate interventions and document assessment findings accurately.

• Perform discharge planning and facilitate follow-up care to ensure a seamless transition for patients moving beyond direct therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient encounters, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in facility meetings and adhering to all corporate training and compliance requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare providers, while maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients requiring rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions. Our clients range from post-operative individuals to those seeking treatment for chronic pain or mobility issues. You will play a critical role in enhancing patients' quality of life through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from a recognized institution.

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association is required.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within outpatient care.

• Experience working with diverse orthopedic populations and familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
