Work Environment

Your schedule will consist of 40-hour work weeks from Monday to Friday, offering a structured yet fulfilling work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capabilities and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each patient while ensuring alignment with medical recommendations.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to promote healing and functionality.
• Educate patients and their families on effective rehabilitation strategies, proper body mechanics, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term wellness.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and share best practices.
• Meet specified utilization goals and contribute positively to the operational efficiency of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic needs, pediatric conditions, neurologic disorders, and sports injuries. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient in word processing and documentation systems; familiarity with physical therapy software is a plus.
