Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to personal circumstances.

• Deliver individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Establish therapeutic goals alongside clients and diligently monitor their progress to adapt interventions as necessary.

• Engage in teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with transportation issues or other barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation to uphold ethical standards and comply with relevant regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, webinars, and peer consultations, to continually refine your skills.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
