Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
• Support month-end close processes and assist with audits.
• Process invoices and manage vendor communications efficiently.
• Utilize accounting software to streamline financial tasks.
• Maintain organized financial filing systems for easy access.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (NetSuit a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
