Executive Chef - Onboard Cruise Ship Leader
American Cruise Lines
American Cruise Lines is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a high-performing galley crew aboard our ships for the 2026 cruising season. You will plan, prepare, and present elevated, regionally inspired cuisine while mentoring your team and delivering guest-focused dining experiences that showcase our ships and routes.
You’ll ensure FDA compliance and sanitation, manage inventory and plating standards, and adapt menus to guest preferences and itinerary constraints.
