• Pay Rate: $70.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (4x10 Hours) 7:00-17:00 / Night (4x10 Hours) 22:00-8:00; weekends required (0730-1700); block schedules required

Job Summary

This is a Reduced Non-Billable Orientation (NBO) position - 0 Hours NBO vs. the standard 40-hour NBO. The role is an inpatient pharmacist position at a Critical Access / Level III Trauma Center teaching hospital with 25 total staffed beds. On-call is required, including overnight hours for patient care requiring a pharmacist. The expected ratio is 1 pharmacist to 25 patients.

Education Requirements

• PharmD / RPh License required
• Oregon (OR) state pharmacist license required

• Inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred
