Inpatient Pharmacist

Location - Hood River, OR

Duration - 8 Weeks

Position Overview:
Seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services in a collaborative hospital environment. Candidates with inpatient pharmacy and Epic experience are preferred.

Assignment Details:

8-week assignment
First-time travelers accepted
Block scheduling available
Patient Ratio: 1 Pharmacist to 25 Patients
Weekend coverage required (7:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Overnight on-call coverage required for patient care needs
No floating between units
48-hour schedules not approved

Required Qualifications:

Active Oregon Pharmacist License
Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and medication management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

Inpatient Pharmacy experience
Epic Electronic Medical Record experience
