Plan and document care, respond to clinical changes, and ensure patient safety, infection control, and policy adherence. Supervise and delegate certain responsibilities to ancillary personnel within their scope, coordinating workflow during night shifts. Collaborate with CNAs and multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care delivery and efficient unit operations.
