Responsible for servicing customers on contractual policy changes and disbursement requests, the full-time remote Customer Service Administrator will apply product knowledge and administrative procedures to resolve inquiries and provide backup support to the call center as needed. Key responsibilities Complete semi-routine policy contract changes and disbursements Research and resolve customer requests using knowledge of products, regulatory requirements, and policy provisions Enter semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system with moderate supervision Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2 - 4 years of related experience
