Loaned Executive Program

Develop your professional skills and build your network as part of the nationally recognized United Way Loaned Executive program. Loaned Executives participate in a 12-week part-time paid professional development experience designed to build your skills in teamwork, sales, customer service, and relationship management, while deepening your understanding of our community’s most critical needs.

As part of the Resource Development Department, you will work closely with the team to develop your fundraising skills, provide support for campaign activities, and independently manage a select group of campaign accounts. Upon completion of the program, you will not only have gained valuable professional development but will also have made a difference for our community by raising much-needed funds for the annual United Way Campaign.

  Eligibility

• Able to participate in a 12-week part-time program
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to initiate and cultivate relationships
• Commitment to helping our community
• Knowledge of virtual communication technology (e.g. Teams, Zoom, etc.)
• Access to a reliable computer, internet & phone
• Work hours will be flexible after training, 20 hours per week
• Ability to engage in job-related travel to designated meetings, events, etc.
