This role is set in the vibrant region of Pensacola, FL, and offers a six-month contract with the potential for extension. The position involves coordinating project tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among project teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines using general project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and deliverables for business projects. Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes. Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and track action items. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or issues to project managers.

Qualifications

4 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role. Understanding of project management fundamentals and delivery workflows. Proficiency in organizing project schedules, meetings, and documentation. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and maintaining accurate records. High School Diploma; Associate's degree in Business or related field is desired.
