Job Position: Aluminum Welder

Location: Elk Grove Village,IL60007

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr DOE

Shift: 1st 5am - 12:30pm + OT

A growing industrial radiator manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village is seeking an experienced Aluminum Welder to join their 1st shift team. This position requires strong welding skills and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment building custom industrial radiator products.

Responsibilities:
• Perform aluminum welding on industrial radiator components and assemblies
• Set up and operate welding equipment according to job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding instructions
• Perform quality inspections on completed welds
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work with various hand tools and measuring equipment
• Follow all safety and production guidelines Requirements:
• Previous aluminum welding experience required
• MIG/TIG welding experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Steel toe shoes required

Safety glasses required

Ear plugs required
