WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance Deliver a consistent, professional guest experience that keeps people coming back to Toyota 101 Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Service advisor experience preferred -- hospitality, sales, retail, or other guest-facing backgrounds strongly encouraged to apply Clear, composed communicator -- able to explain service needs in plain language and follow through without gaps Highly organized with strong attention to detail -- accurate estimates and realistic timelines are non-negotiable Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Toyota service processes -- we'll train you from day one Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A genuine hospitality mindset -- every guest interaction reflects the Toyota standard and you take that seriously Strong candidates have come from automotive, hospitality, high-end retail, financial services, and other guest-facing environments. What they share is a track record of earning trust, following through, and doing it with genuine care for the people they serve.
