We are seeking experienced and driven candidates to serve as a Sous Chef. Position The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading all culinary production, daily kitchen operations, and culinary team performance. Responsibilities include overseeing prep, line execution, menu features, culinary standards, sanitation, and food quality across all outlets and events, ensuring consistency, guest satisfaction, associate development, and operational efficiency. Ensure consistency and guest satisfaction across all outlets and events. Develop and mentor culinary team members. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety. Assist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar kitchen leadership role. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management. Excellent time‑management and communication skills. Friendly, energetic, and collaborative personality. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑quality environment.
