Key Responsibilities Kitchen Operations: Assist the general manager and head chef in managing all back-of-house operations. Staff Management: Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient team. Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of food quality and service. Cost Management: Manage kitchen maintenance and control the cost of goods to optimize profitability. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen management role or similar position in a fast-paced kitchen. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to maintain quality and efficiency under pressure. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
