Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders in clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and adjust tailored treatment plans using effective modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques suited to client needs.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment alternatives, and essential self-care practices to foster their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, utilizing tools for tracking treatment effectiveness and progress towards agreed-upon goals.

• Collaborate with the integrated care team, including psychiatrists and medical specialists, to ensure comprehensive support for our clients’ health and well-being.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to continually enhance therapy strategies.

• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified therapists.
