Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth intake assessments, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific mental health needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities to individuals and groups struggling with mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily engage with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents who face various emotional and psychological challenges. Our focus is on creating therapeutic relationships built on trust, understanding, and respect, guiding clients through their healing processes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active mental health license/certification —such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT—in the state of California.

• At least two years of clinical experience working directly with individuals facing emotional challenges.

• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
