Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize psychodynamic therapy techniques to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, familial and relational dynamics, and life transitions.

• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.

• Incorporate mindfulness and culturally-sensitive approaches into therapy, promoting greater self-awareness and emotional well-being among clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar counseling environment is necessary to ensure you can provide effective therapy from the outset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
