Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality mental health counseling services via audio and video connections, tailored to the needs of each client.

• Maintain full control over your schedule and appointment times, adjusting as necessary to accommodate your preferred client demographics.

• Employ your clinical expertise to assess clients and establish effective treatment plans through our advanced platform, utilizing tools such as online journaling, goal setting, and tracking programs.

• Actively engage with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship challenges, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will consist of stable, low-acuity adults. The specific populations include individuals struggling with common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief. By working exclusively with this demographic, you will have the opportunity to make a substantial difference in their lives while ensuring that no severe mental health cases are managed through the platform.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state-issued license as a LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.

• A reliable internet connection and a functioning computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and skills. In addition, we provide a monthly healthcare stipend, fostering a focus on your well-being as part of our invested approach to create a supportive work culture.
