Senior HR Business Partner - North America Client Group (NACG) As an HR Business Partner, you will play an integral role in the North America Client Group (NACG) HR team by leading the design and delivery of HR solutions across a broad spectrum of topics including organizational design, change management, talent development, and total rewards. Key Responsibilities Provide thought leadership and equip leaders and associates with tools to foster agility, innovation, and inclusion. Contribute both strategically and hands‑on to the long‑term people strategy, partnering with the HR team and NACG business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop future talent, and strengthen organizational excellence. Manage large‑scale rollouts and projects that directly impact the people component of the business strategy. Partner with business leaders on strategic initiatives, leveraging a consultative, influence‑without‑authority approach in a highly matrixed environment. Challenge the status quo by improving existing processes and aligning HR priorities with business outcomes. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in financial services or large organizations. Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field highly preferred. Ability to quickly learn business objectives and influence talent and organization decisions that impact business outcomes. Experience providing thought leadership, education, and tools to senior managers and associates, effectively managing organizational change and transition. Strong coaching, supporting, and talent development skills; experience partnering with leaders to develop high‑performing teams and drive associate engagement. Data‑driven mindset; proficiency in performing HR trend analysis with large data sets and translating insights into actionable solutions. Excellent communicator; authentic, respectful, and engaging in team settings. Attention to detail and ability to handle competing priorities with high accuracy. Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with proactive teamwork globally. Location & Compensation Southern California – Base Salary Range: $141,648 – $226,637 (per year). In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, Capital’s annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% employer contribution.
