About The Role:
\nWe are partnering with a prominent and well-established brand seeking a Benefits Supervisor to oversee the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs. This individual will lead a team responsible for delivering a high level of service while supporting the design and execution of benefits initiatives that align with organizational priorities. This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and effectively communicated across the workforce. This is a fully onsite position based in Orange County, California.

\n Primary Responsibilities: \n
- \n\t
- Oversee the execution of day-to-day benefits operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of enrollments, life events, and related transactions \n\t
- Lead the coordination and delivery of annual enrollment cycles, including system updates, communication efforts, and cross-functional alignment \n\t
- Assess and support enhancements to benefits offerings, including health, wellness, and supplemental programs \n\t
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations, including oversight of required filings, audits, and documentation \n\t
- Manage relationships with external partners, including brokers, consultants, and vendors, to maintain service quality and cost efficiency \n\t
- Monitor and track benefits-related expenses, ensuring accuracy in billing and alignment with budget expectations \n\t
- Develop and implement communication strategies to improve awareness and utilization of available benefits programs \n\t
- Serve as a point of escalation for complex benefits-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution \n\t
- Provide leadership, guidance, and development to a team of benefits professionals to drive performance and service excellence \n\t
- Partner with internal teams such as HR, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure alignment and effective program delivery \n
- \n\t
- Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred \n\t
- 7+ years of experience supporting and administering employee benefits programs in a multi-state environment \n\t
- 3-5 years of leadership experience with responsibility for mentoring and developing team members \n\t
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements impacting benefits administration and compliance practices \n\t
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and brokers on benefits program management and renewals \n\t
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and benefits systems, including reporting and data analysis capabilities \n\t
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools \n\t
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly \n\t
- Professional certifications such as CEBS, PHR, or SPHR are a plus \n
