Renewals Manager

To support revenue retention, the full-time Renewals Manager will execute the renewals process for a portfolio of subscription customers, managing communications, pricing negotiations, and contract administration in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Execute the renewals process for assigned subscription customers, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing financial attrition Manage customer communications and facilitate pricing discussions to address objections and drive successful renewals and expansions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify renewal risks and growth opportunities, maintaining CRM data and tracking customer interactions Required qualifications 4-year degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in customer renewals or account management within a SaaS or subscription-based business Proven track record of achievement against quotas and KPIs Strong understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and recurring revenue drivers Proficiency in CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred
