HVAC Project Manager

Job Reference: New York City 130,000 – 160,000 I am looking for a HVAC Project Manager to work for one of the largest and most respected HVAC firms in Manhattan ABOUT THE COMPANY My client is a thriving mechanical services company based in the heart of New York City. Its team of highly skilled and certified technicians is experienced in handling a wide range of mechanical services, from installation and maintenance to repair and troubleshooting. My client serves a broad spectrum of customers, including commercial, industrial, and residential clients. Its client base encompasses various industries, such as manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and construction. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be leading the project from the Pre-Construction stages through to completion, dealing directly with the client, and the subcontractors, managing the schedules, managing the cost of the project as well as ensuring the work is being delivered to a brilliant standard. The scope of work will be HVAC installations across multiple different industries, such as healthcare, commercial offices, stadiums, airports, and education. REQUIREMENTS I am looking for someone who has at least 5 years of experience working in the HVAC industry, working on projects in New York City. A bachelor’s in mechanical engineering is important for this position as well as good stability on your resume. REWARDS AND BENEFITS My client is looking to pay between $130,000 – $160,000 + quarterly bonus opportunities, 401K with 3% matching, PTO and Healthcare.
