Sr Lead Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate cybersecurity principles, processes, controls, and emerging technologies against enterprise standards and frameworks.
• Design and deliver enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls across software applications and technical disciplines.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation options, and communicate cybersecurity architecture recommendations to stakeholders and senior business leaders.
• Provide technical guidance as a function-wide cybersecurity architecture subject matter expert.
• Use and validate enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for cybersecurity risk analysis, control assessment, security validation, and remediation quality.
• Promote reuse-first security validation, firmwide frameworks, tools, and Software Development Life Cycle practices.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and design activities using threat-modeling approaches.

Requirements

• Formal training or certification in cybersecurity architecture, with 5+ years of applied experience for NAMR/APAC—India, LATAM, or Hong Kong; EMEA/LATAM-Brazil requirements call for formal training or certification and advanced applied experience, while Singapore follows local guidance.
• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls.
• Experience using authorized AI capabilities in cybersecurity architecture workflows, including validating recommendations and handling sensitive data appropriately.
• Advanced expertise in one or more programming languages and/or applications, plus advanced cybersecurity architecture knowledge in areas such as public cloud, AI/ML, or mobile.
• Ability to independently solve design and functionality problems with little to no oversight.
• Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies and recommend future-state architecture solutions.
• Required threat-modeling experience with MITRE ATT&CK, STRIDE, PASTA, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with security architecture review and design.
