Senior Account Executive

We are expanding our North American commercial team and looking for a driven Senior Account Executive to scale Comarch's market presence across the region. Designed for a top-tier enterprise closer, this role gives you complete ownership over our commercial execution for E-Invoicing and EDI platforms, positioning you as the primary commercial champion for our solutions in the US. In this role, you will lead the full sales cycle for our enterprise solutions - from leveraging AI-driven strategies for pipeline generation to navigating complex multi-stakeholder buyer committees and closing high-value deals.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of successful, results-driven sales experience, with a strong record of exceeding enterprise sales targets
• Familiarity with modern AI-driven sales enablement and research tools
• Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Deep EDI and invoicing expertise, with practical command of B2B integration, global compliance and enterprise SaaS models
• Documented success navigating complex buying committees and closing high-value, multi-year SaaS contracts
• High confidence in leading commercial negotiations and delivering consultative, ROI-driven presentations to C-level executives (CFOs, CIOs, VPs of Finance)
• Strong local presence, based in the US and ready to act as a commercial frontman, building brand authority and closing regional deals
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset and executive presence
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing long, complex sales cycles while partnering closely with pre-sales and technical teams

Your Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to secure new enterprise accounts and drive net-new ARR across North America
• Lead Complex Solution Sales: Manage end-to-end, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for Comarch's E-Invoicing and EDI services
• Engage C-Level Executives: Target, build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with CFOs, CIOs, VPs of Supply Chain and Procurement leaders
• Deliver Value-Based Modernization: Position the operational, compliance and ROI benefits of migrating legacy EDI/E-Invoicing infrastructure to Comarch's global cloud platform
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Consulting, Product Management, and Delivery teams to scope custom enterprise architecture and close complex deals
• Pipeline Generation & Execution: Combine outbound prospecting, executive networking and modern AI sales toolkits with incoming marketing leads to maintain a robust, high-velocity pipeline
• Navigate Procurement & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, security/compliance reviews, and commercial terms with enterprise procurement teams and legal counsel

Salary range information below reflects target base salary. Some positions may have an opportunity to receive an additional bonuses based on company discretions and contingent on individual performance. Actual compensation will be based on candidate's experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer.
