Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing trauma and cultivating coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and integrated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities centered on trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population encompassing various ages and backgrounds, all primarily impacted by past trauma. Our clients seek support to navigate emotional, psychological, and relational challenges affected by these experiences. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them through the healing process and equipping them with tools to foster resilience and long-term well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide guaranteed pay along with annual increases and bonus opportunities. Each team member enjoys paid orientation, monthly professional development sessions, and a generous PTO policy. Additionally, we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle, with clinical hours available from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week.
