Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in group settings, using our advanced telehealth platform.

• Perform in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, social, and psychological needs, which inform the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Guide clients in accessing vital community resources and social services that contribute to their overall well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, holistic care to clients.

• Educate clients on effective coping strategies, communication skills, and self-care techniques to empower their mental health management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve at our hospice center often face complex emotional and psychosocial issues related to their health conditions and end-of-life scenarios. These individuals may be dealing with significant anxiety, depression, or grief related to illness or loss, and your expertise will be vital in providing the support they need during these challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related discipline.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in clinical social work, particularly in mental health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
