Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans aligned with established best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to meet each client's individual needs and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and high standards of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to produce coordinated and effective patient care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, aimed at enhancing the quality of care and supporting professional development.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.

• Staying informed about the latest research and clinical techniques in mental health, thoughtfully integrating new knowledge into your practice.

• Managing a full and varied caseload, ensuring clients achieve their treatment goals in a timely manner while adhering to the ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Your primary focus will include a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, each facing different mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a strong emphasis on providing psychotherapy services in various settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in community health clinic settings is preferred, as well as familiarity with technology platforms used for telehealth services.
