Finance Manager

We are currently seeking a Finance Manager who will bring our Anything but Standard ethos to life and play a key role in shaping The Standard, Mexico City. What You’ll Do Own the financial rhythm of the business, from daily operations to long-term strategy. Turn data into insight, and insight into action for leadership. Lead budgeting and forecasting with a clear eye on growth, creativity, and sustainability. Keep our reporting accurate, timely, and anything but boring. Watch over cash flow and performance. Run smooth month-end and year-end closes (no drama, just precision). Strengthen controls and processes without slowing us down. Navigate audits, compliance, and regulations with confidence and zero fuss. Partner with senior leaders to spot risks, unlock opportunities, and make bold but smart moves. Lead and inspire a finance team that’s as sharp as it is collaborative. Qualifications A solid foundation in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2–5 years of experience, you’ve been around the block and know how to handle it. Deep understanding of financial reporting, planning, and analysis. Comfort with ERP systems and serious Excel skills (yes, we mean it). A sharp analytical mind with a taste for problem-solving. Strong communication, you can translate numbers into stories people actually understand. Leadership skills that balance rigor with empathy.
