Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 – $36.50, plus shift differentials:
• Evening (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $2.30/hour
• Night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $3.75/hour
• Weekend (Friday 7:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM): $3.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring patients and newborns
• Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to any changes or emergencies
• Assist with deliveries and postpartum patient needs
• Educate patients and families about childbirth and postpartum care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need

• Kansas RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certifications (Fetal Heart Monitoring within one year)
• At least a graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work nights and on-call shifts as needed
