People Operations CoordinatorKiwiCo is an innovative eCommerce company dedicated to sparking creativity and curiosity in kids (and kids at heart!). Through both online and offline materials, we provide fun and engaging ways for kids to explore, create, and learn. Our primary offering is a subscription service where we deliver "whoa awesome," hands-on projects to kids. We also manage an eCommerce storefront and a content platform to inspire and educate. We take great pride and ownership in the products we build and in the community of parents and kids we serve.Our office is located in Mountain View, CA within walking distance to the Caltrain station. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with 3-4 office days per week (depending on your team) and the remainder of the week working remotely.Role and Responsibilities:We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator who is passionate about supporting our employees in our day-to-day HR operations, maintaining an internal culture our employees love and partnering with hiring teams to bring top talent to our team! We're looking for a self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable doer who loves order and organization. You are adept to finding solutions and accommodating diverse needs and responsibilities.Support both Talent and People OperationsSchedule and manage candidate virtual and on-site interviewsManage certain roles outlined by Head of People OpsHelp with administrative tasks in Talent: conducting reference check calls if asked to help, sending out surveys, support with job board maintenanceSupport onboardingMaintain records of employee related data (HRIS) and ensure requirements and compliance is being metSupport with various culture and office related tasksRequired Qualifications:We seek team players with an infectious positive energy, great initiative, and a get-it-done attitude. You are able to act in an ethical manner and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information that impacts employees and the business.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree1+ years experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases - preferably with Greenhouse and RipplingExperience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluationExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsPhenomenal interpersonal skills; Excels at developing relationships across groups and functions at all levels of the organization including senior leadershipYou have excellent project leadership skills and can keep track of deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups from meetingsHave an aptitude for learning new office applications quickly and efficientlyYou are able to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing environments and regulationsYou are willing to learn and are open to taking direction and feedbackThe starting pay range for this position is between $60,000 to $70,000. However, the final base salary offered may differ based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs.In addition to base pay, KiwiCo offers a comprehensive total rewards package, which may include opportunities for an annual bonus, stock options, and a variety of benefits related to health, financial security, and well-being.
