We’re partnering with a well-established, highly respected independent insurance brokerage to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to its team.

Our client is a well-established independent insurance brokerage with decades of experience helping businesses navigate complex insurance and risk management needs. What You’ll Do

• Independently manage and retain a sizable middle-market commercial book of business
• Serve as the primary relationship manager and strategic insurance advisor for clients
• Lead renewals, marketing strategy, carrier negotiations, and coverage analysis
• Manage complex, multi-line commercial accounts across a generalist book
• Partner with carriers to develop competitive coverage and risk-management solutions
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and organic growth
• Collaborate with account management and support teams to deliver a high level of client service
• Work with clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, and other commercial sectors

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of Commercial P&C experience; 12+ years strongly preferred
• Significant experience independently managing a commercial book of business
• Experience with middle-market accounts, including larger and more complex clients
• Broad, multi-line commercial coverage knowledge
• Experience working with a generalist book rather than exclusively within one niche
• AMS 360 experience required
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Strong client-facing, renewal, marketing, and carrier negotiation experience
• Demonstrated career stability and progressive commercial insurance experience
• CIC designation is a plus

Location & Travel

This is a remote opportunity, but candidates must currently reside in:

Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.

Remote employees must be able to work California business hours and travel to the company's Calabasas, CA office periodically. Travel may be approximately once per month during initial training and onboarding before transitioning to roughly quarterly.

Candidates who live within reasonable commuting distance of Calabasas will work in the office two days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000 + annual incentive bonus

Compensation may be adjusted based on geographic market and experience.
