Make a difference providing Speech Language Pathology services to middle school students in a dynamic learning environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work on-site with a single campus, supporting grades 6 through 8. The position runs from ASAP through May 24, 2027, and requires a full-time commitment of 35 hours per week.

Qualifications:

• Current Florida state license for Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, preferably with middle school populations
• Ability to manage a caseload of 60-65 students
• Successful completion of district background check, fingerprinting, and all credentialing requirements

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students in grades 6-8
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and IEP implementation
• Maintain compliance with state licensure and district policies
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as required
