Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy—to support individual, couple, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards for documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with potential performance bonuses.
