Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive rehabilitation services including physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy, hydrotherapy, pelvic health therapy, dry needling, and specialized programs such as LSVT Big and Loud. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient care across diverse patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and developmentally delayed individuals. The Physical Therapist collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in a rural healthcare setting. Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services in inpatient hospital, nursing home, outpatient clinic, school visits, and home care settings.
• Provide rehabilitation treatments including hydrotherapy, pelvic health therapy, dry needling, and pain management.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to orthopedic, neurological, developmental, and musculoskeletal needs.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and medical providers to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Participate in patient education and wellness promotion activities.
• Adapt therapy plans to accommodate holiday scheduling flexibility.

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in Montana.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience with specialized therapy techniques such as dry needling and LSVT Big and Loud program.
• Prior experience in rural healthcare or multi-setting rehabilitation services.
• Additional certifications related to pain management or pelvic health therapy.

• Flexibility to work during Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
