Physical Therapist

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialties in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Provide skilled nursing care in various settings including hospital, home health, and hospice.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in case management and coordinate patient care transitions.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years of hospital, home health, or hospice nursing experience.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for fieldwork.

• Experience in specialized areas such as ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialty nursing areas.

• Must complete documentation with ATI prior to assignment start.
• Candidates with prior permanent or PRN employment at ATI within the last year are ineligible to return.
• Work environment may include hospice and acute care settings requiring flexibility and adaptability.
• Compliance with dress code and parking provisions as provided on the first day.

• Day shifts with a 40-hour workweek including holiday weeks.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x standard rate.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Weekly billing cycle.
