Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges. A deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on businesses. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. A solid understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory frameworks. A visionary mindset with a commitment to driving innovation and long‑term success.
