Über das Unternehmen: Im Auftrag eines globalen Marktführers für Gebäudetechnik und Smart-Building-Lösungen besetzen wir die Geschäftsführung der deutschen Landesgesellschaft. Getrieben durch die Nachfrage nach energieeffizienter Gebäudeautomation und IoT-Integration wächst das Unternehmen überdurchschnittlich – gesucht wird eine unternehmerische Führungspersönlichkeit, die Wachstum und Profitabilität gleichermaßen im Blick behält. Rollenübersicht: Sie tragen die volle Ergebnisverantwortung für die deutsche Gesellschaft mit rund 250 Mitarbeitenden und entwickeln das Geschäftsmodell in Richtung digitaler, wiederkehrender Umsätze weiter. Hauptaufgaben: Gesamtverantwortung für Umsatz, Ergebnis und Strategie der deutschen Gesellschaft (rund 250 Mitarbeitende). Weiterentwicklung des Geschäftsmodells hin zu digitalen Services und wiederkehrenden Umsätzen. Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Großkunden aus Immobilien, Industrie und öffentlicher Hand. Führung und Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Management-Teams. Steuerung von Großprojekten und strategischen Ausschreibungen. Repräsentation des Unternehmens gegenüber Verbänden, Partnern und Behörden. Profil: mehrjährige Erfahrung als Geschäftsführer, Country Manager oder in vergleichbarer P&L-Verantwortung; fundierte Kenntnisse der Gebäudetechnik-, BMS- oder Smart-Building-Branche; nachweisbare Erfolge bei profitablem Wachstum und Transformation; ausgeprägte Führungs- und Verhandlungskompetenz; verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch.
