What You'll Do

• Provide orthopedic surgical care within a Level III trauma center setting
• Respond to urgent call coverage within 30 minutes, including trauma and procedure-related duties
• Collaborate with hospital staff to support patient care and trauma management
• Engage in on-call responsibilities, including procedures consistent with general orthopedic practice
• Maintain documentation in Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
• Support hospital efforts during scheduled coverage periods, including holidays
• Ensure compliance with Colorado state trauma guidelines and hospital policies

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Colorado Medical License
• Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
• Recent experience in orthopedic surgical care
• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)

Preferred:

• Past experience in trauma or emergency settings
• Ability to perform procedures within scope of orthopedic practice
