Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to address challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, medical issues, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitate both individual and group sessions, fostering safe and supportive therapeutic environments.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage with family members to strengthen communication and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring clients feel heard and understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide therapy services to a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your clients may present with various needs, including managing familial conflicts, adjustment issues, relationship challenges, and stressors associated with separation and divorce. Your holistic approach to family dynamics will be instrumental in guiding clients towards recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
