Accounting Clerk
T & S ROOFING SYSTEMS , INC.
Description Enter and Maintain accurate job costing records Review and verify timecards on daily basis for job costing purposes Support with payroll processing Assist with processing of subcontractor purchase order to ensure timely payment in accordance with the PO process Receive COI requests and respond to request in a timely manner Assist sales rep. with preparing support to project teams as needed General administrative tasks related accounting and operations Assist with document filing , scanning and data entry Requirements Billing English / Spanish Must be able o lift, carry. push or pull up to 15 pounds Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with accounting software Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 1-2 years of accounting r related experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr T & S ROOFING SYSTEMS , INC.
