Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on a range of mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify mental health disorders, developing tailored treatment plans based on the findings.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and connecting clients to additional resources as necessary.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training in new therapeutic modalities, to enhance clinical skills and improve client outcomes.

The LMFT will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience within an outpatient mental health setting.

• Strong expertise in evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
