Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shifts

Patient Care

• Manage a daily caseload of 19 patients across all age groups
• Work in a family practice and primary care environment
• Experience in community outreach is essential

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care
• Comfortable working with underserved populations
• Hospital privileges are required

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $70.00 to $90.00.
