IT Support Technician

Location Evergreen Administration Offices (13898 NE 28th Street - Vancouver, WA 98682) Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p Hiring range isgenerally between $25.95-$31.10 , and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience Key responsibilities Troubleshoot andassistin the resolution of user reported hardware/software problems, and make repairs to computers/laptops/printers/communication connections Build/deploy new PC/laptop/thin client hardware and softwareutilizingboth approved Windows image tools and basic operating system media Run basic diagnostic tests Manage warranty/non-warranty service issues with third-party vendors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of relevant work experiencerequired. Experience working with technical hardware such as processors, memory,hard drives, NIC’s,required. A+ certificationstronglypreferred. Valid Driver’s License in good standing. Drivingrecordmust meet Vancouver Clinic standards.
