• Experience: Minimum 1-year neuro surgery experience required

What You'll Do

• Provide patient care for inpatient neurosurgery cases in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with residents and medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Review and order patient tests, medications, and discharge plans
• Assist in removing drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred skill)
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team
• Support patient rounding and post-operative care management
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Board Certification in Neurosurgery
• Massachusetts State License
• At least 1 year of neurosurgery experience
• Strong patient care skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
