Bilingual Administrative Assistant

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT LOCATION Dallas, Texas 75207 | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $21.00 per hour • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM • Temporary Assignment (W2) ROLE IMPACT This role supports daily operations and programming at a senior center. The Administrative Assistant coordinates activities, assists participants and staff, and provides organized administrative support for community programs. Success requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a welcoming environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate and support senior center activities, programs, and events • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and record maintenance • Assist participants, visitors, and staff with inquiries and program information • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports • Support daily office operations and special projects as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bilingual in English and Spanish required • Administrative support experience, including scheduling, filing, data entry, or recordkeeping • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email, calendar management, and office systems CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Email and calendar management systems • Data entry and recordkeeping systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills • Experience supporting senior centers, community programs, social services, or related services • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
