This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining responsible oversight of a detox center's clinical services. Candidates need to have reliable internet access and should be based in the United States, preferably licensed in California.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and clinical supervisors to oversee intern caseloads, manage assignments, and proactively address any arising concerns.

• Engage in ongoing quality assurance audits of documentation and client records, ensuring adherence to agency policies and funding requirements.
\n
• Participate in agency and program meetings and training sessions as necessary to stay updated on best practices.
\n
• Complete programmatic and administrative reports requested by the Director to support organizational transparency and accountability.
\n
• Perform accurate data entry into the client AWARDS electronic health record system, maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation support during crises and non-crisis situations, adapting your approach based on client needs.
\n
• Maintain a neat and tidy virtual workspace, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues to relevant personnel.
\n
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of all clinical program objectives and standards, ensuring quality service delivery.
\n
• Offer psychotherapy services to clients as needed, tailoring interventions to align with their unique situations.
\n
• Manage the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes of interns and trainees to align with organizational goals.
\n
• Plan and coordinate recruitment events for interns and trainees, enhancing engagement and opportunities within the program.
\n
• Ensure interns complete all necessary documentation for their educational institutions and comply with BWC standards.
\n
• Deliver training and workshops for interns and university students, ensuring adherence to evolving federal, state, and county policies.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and audit-compliant records for each intern, supporting their professional journey.
\n
• Participate in the performance evaluation and retention processes for interns, addressing corrective actions as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. By utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy approaches, the LCSW will provide tailored services to clients experiencing a wide array of emotional and social issues, particularly those connected to detoxification and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline.

• Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and education.
